An end to the pay freeze for most public sector workers. John Swinney today announced a raft of funding to create jobs and boost the flagging economy. Also in sport; Aberdeen have successfully overturned skipper Russell Anderson's red card at Inverness. He was sent off for the first time in his career for this challenge last weekend.
